4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the total project cost is required upfront before work begins
• Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure payment platforms. Payment details will be provided in your project proposal.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the package selected and project complexity. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• Number and scope of revision requests

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or client-related delays.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Supplying all necessary content, images, logos, and materials in a timely manner
• Providing constructive and timely feedback on deliverables
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or properly licensed
• Maintaining communication throughout the project
• Making timely payments according to the agreed schedule

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your project proposal. Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original project requirements.

7.2 Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the included rounds or changes to the original project scope may incur additional charges. We will provide a quote for any additional work before proceeding.

7.3 Scope Changes

Significant changes to project scope, features, or requirements after project commencement may result in timeline extensions and additional costs. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and custom code developed specifically for their project. This includes the right to use, modify, and distribute the website.

8.3 Portfolio Rights

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. We will correct any defects in workmanship reported within 30 days of project delivery at no additional cost.

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or performance metrics. Website performance may vary based on hosting, content, and other factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

Clients may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, and the initial deposit is non-refundable.

11.2 Our Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to make timely payments, provide necessary materials, or breaches these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, all payments made are non-refundable.

12. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose such information to third parties without client consent, except as required by law or necessary to perform our services.

13. Hosting and Maintenance

Unless otherwise specified, our services include website design and development only. Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are separate services that may be arranged separately. We can provide recommendations for hosting providers and offer maintenance packages upon request.

14. Custom Domain and Third-Party Services

14.1 Domain Registration Services

anycard.shop does not sell, provide, or register custom domains. If you require a custom domain for your website, you must purchase and register it independently through a third-party domain registrar of your choice, such as:

• GoDaddy
• Namecheap
• Google Domains
• Domain.com
• Any other domain registrar

14.2 Domain Setup Assistance

When you engage our website design and development services, we will provide comprehensive assistance to help you connect your custom domain to your website, including:

• Step-by-step instructions for configuring DNS settings
• Technical guidance for connecting your domain to your website
• Support for various domain registrars (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
• Troubleshooting assistance for domain connection issues
• Documentation and resources for domain management

This assistance is provided as part of our service to ensure your website is properly connected to your domain. However, we do not manage or control your domain registrar account.

14.3 No Affiliation or Partnership

We have no business relationship, partnership, affiliation, or collaboration with any domain registrar companies. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any other compensation from domain registrars. Our recommendations are provided solely to assist you in selecting a suitable domain provider. Any transactions or agreements you make with domain registrars are entirely between you and that company.

14.4 Client Responsibilities for Domain Management

You are solely responsible for all aspects of your custom domain, including:

• Purchase and Registration: Selecting, purchasing, and registering your domain through your chosen registrar
• Account Management: Managing your domain registrar account, login credentials, and account settings
• Renewal and Payments: Ensuring timely renewal of your domain registration and paying all associated fees directly to your registrar
• Domain Ownership: Maintaining ownership rights and ensuring accurate registration information
• Compliance: Complying with your domain registrar's terms of service, policies, and requirements
• Security: Protecting your domain registrar account from unauthorized access
• DNS Management: Managing DNS records and settings as needed (with our guidance if requested)

14.5 Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for any issues, disputes, or problems arising from your relationship with third-party domain registrars or other service providers. This includes but is not limited to domain registration failures, renewal issues, pricing changes, service interruptions, data breaches, or policy changes by the registrar. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

14.6 Domain Transfer and Portability

Your custom domain remains your property and can be transferred to any hosting provider or website at any time, subject to your domain registrar's transfer policies. We will provide reasonable assistance to facilitate domain transfers if you choose to move your website to another provider.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
